How do I place an order?

Ordering is easy! On our site, you can place an order at any time.

You can find products by typing keywords into the search bar, or by browsing our various menus. Depending on the type of product you're looking for, you can then choose from one or more variants on its page: repeater, quantity, etc. You then select it with a single click. You then select it with a single click on the "Add to cart" button.

What is my order number?

Your order confirmation e-mail may have arrived in your spam folder. Please check your spam folder.

Where is my order?

To find out where your parcel is / Track your parcel, please go to the "Track Order" page and enter the following information:

- Your order number

- The email address you used to make your purchase

How do I cancel my order?

Your parcel has already been dispatched, we can do nothing until you receive your order, after which we can proceed with a refund if necessary, once the item has been returned to our warehouses.

My order is missing items, where are they?

When you place an order for different products, it is possible that several of our suppliers are involved. In addition, to avoid high delivery costs due to excessive shipping weight, the different items in an order are sent separately.

It is therefore quite normal for you to receive your items individually and at different times.

Where can I find my tracking number?

A shipment confirmation e-mail containing your tracking number will be sent a few days after purchase.

However, this e-mail may have arrived in your spam folder. Please check carefully before contacting customer service.

My tracking number is not working.

Your tracking number does not work directly upon receipt of the shipment confirmation email. It will be active within 5 working days.

Don't worry, your order has been shipped and will be delivered to your home.

What are the delivery times?

When you place an order with, it is processed by our fulfillment center within 1-2 business days. Your item will then be dispatched within 5 working days.

Delivery takes an average of 1 to 3 weeks. In very exceptional cases (local post strikes, end-of-year celebrations, etc.) it may take a little longer. Whatever happens, if your parcel does not arrive at its destination after 60 days, we will return it to you or give you a full refund. Rest assured, this only happens in 0.01% of cases.

If the delay seems long, don't worry: your order is on its way to you.

How can I explain delivery times?

We work with suppliers based in Hong Kong, so as to offer you the best prices and avoid high costs, while guaranteeing you quality products. Of course, it takes time to get the goods to their destination.

How do I make a return and get a refund?

Not satisfied with your item? The color doesn't suit you? No problem, you can return it to us (at your expense) within 14 days of delivery and we'll give you a 100% refund. Read more here.
