Can I install it myself ?

This module connects to an electrical circuit (mains or low voltage, depending on the version). If you are not experienced with electrical wiring, we recommend having it installed by a qualified professional in accordance with applicable electrical regulations.

Does it work with an RF remote control ?

No. This product does not support RF (radio frequency) remote controls. It is controlled exclusively through the eWeLink app via WiFi/Bluetooth or by Alexa voice commands.

What is the maximum supported load ?

Each channel supports up to 2000W / 10A. The maximum total load across all 4 channels is 3500W / 16A. Do not exceed these limits for safe operation.

What is the difference between the two versions ?

The AC 85-250V version is designed for standard mains power installations. The low-voltage DC/AC 7–32V version is suitable for 12V or 24V systems, such as certain motors or access control systems. Choose the version that matches your installation.
